What happens: Teams of medical students, engineers, and data scientists form around use cases provided by industry and healthcare partners in Vienna. Over 48 hours, they design, build, and pitch working AI prototypes addressing real problems from clinical practice — not hypothetical case studies.

Why this matters: Austria's MedTech ecosystem is full of talented people who understand either the clinical side or the technical side — rarely both. This hackathon is where that gap closes. Participants leave with a working prototype, direct exposure to industry partners, and a place in Vienna's most curated network of clinical-technical talent.
