Join Canopy Community for a one-day Investment Readiness Mini Accelerator at Martinhal Residences in Expo, designed to help founders prepare for the investor conversations they will have throughout Web Summit week.

This is not about perfecting a pitch deck.

It is about becoming more confident and effective when someone asks:

“So, what are you building?”

During the day, you will work with the Canopy In Residence team and fellow founders to sharpen your story, refine your pitch and practise communicating your startup clearly.

You’ll explore:

What early-stage investors are really looking for

How to communicate your problem, solution, customers, validation and opportunity

How to adapt your pitch for different investor conversations

The questions investors are likely to ask — and how to answer them

How to move naturally from an introduction to a meaningful investment conversation

Most importantly, you will practise.

Through role play, peer feedback and expert support, you’ll have multiple opportunities to test your pitch, receive feedback and build confidence before heading into Web Summit.

By 4pm, the goal is simple: you should feel better prepared to walk into a room, meet an investor and make the opportunity count.
