Legal Essentials for Early Stage Companies | From Scratch x AmCham WIB Workshop

From Scratch is partnering with the Women in Business Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand for an evening workshop on the Legal Essentials for Early Stage Companies.

Join us on Thursday evening, September 3rd, to learn about many of the important legal essentials you might need for your business or future business.

Our speaker Sarah Weersing is Special Counsel at Hudson Gavin Martin, dual-qualified NZ-US lawyer with more than 25 years of experience advising clients on a broad array of corporate and commercial matters. In addition to all this, Sarah is also the Chair of the AmCham Women In Business Chapter and a From Scratch community member.

She acts for clients of all sizes, from founders and early-stage ventures to global multinationals. Regardless of the size or stage, she approaches each matter with integrity, clarity, and a deep commitment to helping her clients achieve their commercial objectives.
