Hosted by Konstanty Sliwowski, a Berlin-based entrepreneur and advisor with over two decades of experience in leadership hiring and people decisions.

He has conducted more than 12,000 interviews and made over 1,200 hires across Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East. He founded and exited two businesses, including Caissa Recruitment, which he sold to Arrows Group, where he subsequently served as a board member. His work spans organisational growth, restructuring and M&A, and he also advises private equity funds on human capital assessment and due diligence.

Konstanty's leading conviction is that all business is people business: product, systems and funding mean nothing if the wrong people are working on the business. He is the founder of Klareda, an AI-powered hiring platform, and the creator of School of Hiring, an education and training platform for leaders and founders. He is also the author of Get to the Point: The Interviewer's Playbook and a graduate of Oxford University.
