Join us for an advanced Claude Code workshop on orchestration, where we'll break down when to use skills, subagents, agent teams, goals, and dynamic workflows; and when not to.

Designed for developers who already have basic experience with Claude Code, this session teaches a practical decision framework through live execution. We'll launch five real tasks at the start, learn the framework while they run, then review the results together to see why each task got the tool it did.

This one's for developers. it's technical and hands-on. Bring a laptop with Claude Code set up so you can launch the tasks and follow along.

We are looking for presenters to demo their Claude Code workflows.

A bit about the Host: Shrey is a Claude Community Ambassador and Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, working in the generative AI tooling space. He's a speaker at various conferences and a Cursor Ambassador, and has deep hands-on experience building and using AI-assisted coding and agentic developer tools. Through workshops and talks, he helps developers move past guesswork and build real intuition for working with AI coding agents.
