Under The Hood: Community AI Show & Tell, NYC

Join the Women of Customer Success NYC Chapter for an AI Show & Tell. We're opening up the stage to our own community members, giving them the chance to share the brilliant work they're doing.

The CS role is changing quickly. Titles like "Customer Success Engineer" and "Forward Deployed Engineer" point to a more technical, more strategic kind of professional - one who sits much closer to the product and the business. AI is speeding all of this up, and the teams getting ahead aren't just using it. They've built a proper system around it.

This evening is about what that looks like in practice.

In our "AI Show & Tell" session, women from our own community will get up on stage and show the automations they're building themselves - and walk us through exactly how they've done it. No theory, no slideware. Just real workflows from women in the room, and the step-by-step behind them.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A after each "demo" and of course plenty of time to mingle afterwards with refreshments, thanks to Playground.
