Build Practical AI Agents You Can Use Every Day Every week, something new gets announced. A new model. A new framework. A new tool you are told you need to understand. Most of it is noise. But some of it will reshape how senior leaders work, make decisions, manage information, communicate, delegate, and drive productivity over the next 12 months. The window to get practical is shorter than most people think. This is a hands on productivity masterclass for senior leaders who want to understand what agentic AI actually does, not in theory, but in practice. This is not a lecture about the future of AI. It is a working session where you will use AI directly, build practical agents, and leave with tools you can continue using in your day to day work. During the session, you will build at least two AI agents designed around real senior leadership productivity needs, such as meeting preparation, decision support, communication, workflow management, follow up planning, or turning messy inputs into structured next steps. This is Level 1. It is designed to give you a strong practical foundation. A more advanced class will follow later for participants who want to go deeper into complex agents, automation, workflows, and organisational use cases. You will not just watch a demonstration. You will build, test, and adapt your own agents during the session. Examples may include: · A meeting preparation agent that helps you prepare for important conversations, structure agendas, anticipate questions, and clarify desired outcomes · A decision support agent that helps you compare options, surface risks, analyse trade offs, and prepare clearer recommendations · A communication agent that helps draft, refine, and adapt emails, updates, board notes, or stakeholder messages The aim is that you leave not only understanding agentic AI better, but with practical agents you can continue using after the session.
