No charge. Creating an account on EventMatch and discovering events is completely free. EventMatch+ and the panel add-ons are optional.

What does EventMatch+ give me?

How much does EventMatch+ cost?

299 TL monthly or 2990 TL yearly. Choosing yearly effectively gives you 2 months free. You can cancel anytime.

What is a Founding Member?

A permanent status we give to the first 100 people who take a yearly EventMatch+ plan. You pay 2990 TL once and your EventMatch+ membership stays open for 5 YEARS (no yearly renewal during that time). On top of that you get 25% off tickets (15% for regular members, up to 10 tickets a year) and carry a lifetime Founding Member badge on your profile. Once 100 seats fill, this offer closes, and later yearly subscribers renew normally at 2990 TL every year.

Is there a separate application for Founding Member?

No. You just need to pick the Yearly plan from the /eventmatch-plus page and complete payment. The system automatically grants Founding Member status to the first 100 yearly subscribers. After 100 seats fill, those who choose yearly become regular subscribers and do not get the Founding badge.

How is the ticket discount applied?

If your EventMatch+ membership is active, a 15% discount is applied automatically at Stripe Checkout. If you are a Founding Member it drops 25% (up to 10 tickets a year). You do not need to enter a coupon, the system recognizes it from your profile.

What are the panel add-ons (Organizer / Speaker / Venue) for?

Each panel opens professional tools for its user type: Organizer creates events and sells tickets. Speaker manages a profile and receives invitations. Venue lists a venue and receives booking requests. The basic panel tools are free and independent of EventMatch+. Optional visibility products like featured placement and showcase will be offered for a fee later.

What is a premium event, and who can add one?

An event created by organizers with an Organizer Panel who mark it 'members only'. It is visible to everyone, but an EventMatch+ membership is required to register.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

At EventMatch+ checkout, enter it in the 'Promotion code' field on the Stripe page; the system applies the discount automatically. Promotion codes are each single-use.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

You can cancel with one click from settings. All benefits stay open until the end of the current period, and the next renewal is not charged. If you are a Founding Member you do not need to cancel (5 years of access, no renewal during that time).

Is an invoice issued?

Yes. After each payment, a tax-compliant invoice in the name of Yanhak Ltd (UK) is automatically sent to your email via Stripe. If corporate customers in Turkey need a VAT e-invoice, use the 'Corporate' option on the /etkinlikler registration form; in that case the invoice is issued by Yanhak Teknoloji A.S. (TR).

As an organizer, how do I receive my ticket revenue?

Organizers who own the Organizer Panel connect their own bank account via Stripe Connect; ticket payments are paid directly to the organizer after the EventMatch commission is deducted (2-7 business days). Stripe Connect is active in 40+ countries: UK, EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Japan and more.

How do organizers in Turkey receive payment?

TR Stripe Connect is not open yet. Individual TR payments are collected in the Yanhak Ltd (UK) account, and at month end the commission is deducted and transferred to the organizer's TL bank account. For corporate TR requests, the Yanhak Teknoloji A.S. Akbank pay-by-link flow kicks in: the customer is sent a payment link and a VAT e-invoice within 1 business day.
