The discussion on Europe 2031 made for one of our best discussions yet, thank you to everyone who joined and brought such sharp questions to the table. We worked through the scenario, the concept of AI sovereignty, and the policies shaping Europe's place in this race. But it left a bigger question open: what can Europe actually do?
