Session 1: Journey of A Request Speaker Dev Rathor A practical walkthrough of how Harness processes requests, interprets context, and generates outputs — and more importantly, how you can structure instructions, provide clearer context, and guide the workflow to produce more accurate, consistent, and useful results. This session explores the difference between simply prompting AI and intentionally collaborating with it to achieve better outcomes.

Session 2: Lightning Workshop - Working With AI as A Teammate Trainer Marcus Chia This interactive workshop explores what it means to work with AI as a teammate through a real-world scenario: “You’re launching a feature in 2 weeks.” Together, we’ll identify where AI can support the process from UX research and decision-making to critique, prototyping, and execution - before diving deeper into one selected phase hands-on.
