We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Los Angeles for another evening of connection, conversation, and practical learning. Following several successful gatherings this year, we're continuing to grow a strong community of Chiefs of Staff and senior operators across the LA area. A special thank you to Melissa Caicedo for hosting and helping build the Los Angeles Chief of Staff community, and to Shirin Bidel-Niyat and the goodr team for generously providing the venue. Date & Time: Tuesday, July 14, 2026 · 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM PT Location: Will be shared upon confirmation of RSVP This informal, in-person mixer will bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for an evening of networking, peer learning, and meaningful conversations with others navigating similar challenges and opportunities. In addition to open networking, we'll incorporate a light show-and-tell format, where a few attendees will share real examples of the systems, processes, frameworks, and tools they use in their day-to-day work. Think of it as a behind-the-scenes look at how Chiefs of Staff actually get things done. You might hear things like: How someone structures communication and reporting for their executive team A process that improved alignment or decision-making across the organization A framework for managing priorities, meetings, or strategic initiatives Lessons learned from scaling operations in a fast-growing company The goal is to keep things practical, conversational, and useful, with plenty of opportunities for discussion and connection.
