About the Event
Skill Level: Intermediate – This workshop is intended for engineers who are already using AI tools in their development workflow and want to move beyond basic prompting into building repeatable, reusable AI-powered processes. Familiarity with software development practices and AI coding assistants is recommended. If you've typed the same explanation into Claude five different times this week, this workshop is for you. Every engineer has a way of working. Every team has standards, preferences, testing requirements, architecture decisions, and a hundred little things that never make it into the prompt. The problem is AI doesn't know any of that unless you tell it. Over and over again. In this session, you'll learn how to capture the way you work into reusable workflows that AI tools can follow. We'll cover how to build repeatable processes for feature development, debugging, testing, documentation, code reviews, and whatever else shows up in your day-to-day work. The goal isn't to make AI smarter. The goal is to stop repeating yourself. What You'll Learn How to build reusable AI workflows Capturing engineering standards and team preferences Creating repeatable processes for common development tasks Reducing context switching and repetitive prompting Making AI work more like a teammate and less like a new hire every morning You'll Leave With A reusable workflow you can immediately use in your own projects and codebases.
