Iteration Without Drift: Coherence at Scale in a Growing Design Corpus
Abstract: No one designs a complex system in one pass: not you, not your LLM. The plan grows through iteration, and done unstructured, it drifts: requirements slip, assumptions harden into facts, intent gets lost. A field report from a real AI-architecture project, and the structure that emerged to keep iteration coherent. With patterns you can reuse.
