6:00–6:15 — Arrival and networking

6:15–6:30 — What changed in the last 30 days

6:30–8:30 — Build-together sprint

Small groups build a tool, workflow, visualization, or Site. Beginners can pair with experienced builders.

8:30–10:00pm — 2-minute community demos

The live build should explicitly demonstrate model choice:

Sol for planning and difficult judgment.

Terra for normal implementation.

Luna for repetitive or high-volume work.

Codex for inspecting, building, testing, and refining the output.
