You came to Intro to VS Code, got your sidebar open, maybe even ran your first line of code. Then real life pulled you away before it all stuck. Or maybe you missed the session entirely, and you've been sitting with that same flicker of not this again every time you think about opening the editor. Either way, seeing it once and actually building the habit are two different things.

This office hours session is for WDAI members who want more time with VS Code. No pressure, no starting over. Come back with your setup, your questions, or your total blank slate, and we'll get hands-on together.

What you'll get to do:

🧭 Pick up right where you left off

Bring your half-finished setup or your unanswered questions from July 28. We'll work through them together, at your pace.

⌨️ Practice with support in the room

Write and run code alongside people who get exactly what it's like to still be learning the shortcuts.

🎨 Troubleshoot the stuff that didn't stick

Extensions that wouldn't install, a shortcut you can't remember, a terminal that won't cooperate. This is the time to work it out.

🔍 Ask the question you didn't ask last time

No question is too basic here. This is the room for it.
