The evening

Heidrun Luyt, Qonto's Chief Growth Officer, opens with a short, honest take on what sustainable growth across European markets actually looks like - what works, what doesn't, and what most founders learn the hard way. She's built her career on growth, not hype, and would rather trade real stories than platitudes. From there, dinner takes over. The conversation stays on the table.
