About the Event
Raingentic Commerce Hackathon NYC
Co-hosted by Rain and Monad Foundation
Build with Rain and Monad at a high-conviction weekend hackathon for senior engineers in New York.
This is a two-day, in-person hackathon focused on agentic commerce - an opportunity to explore what becomes possible when intelligent agents can transact more effectively with modern financial infrastructure. You'll spend the weekend building practical use cases with Rain and Monad, meeting the teams behind both platforms, connecting with leading investors, and collaborating with other experienced engineers across fintech and adjacent technical communities.
We’re looking for engineers who want to build ambitious, product-minded prototypes in a focused environment with strong technical support, amazing food, and direct access to the Rain and Monad teams.
The challenge
Best use of Rain: Build with Rain's payment infrastructure. Build something that uses Rain's payments infrastructure to let an agent transact autonomously.
General Track: We want to see agents actually move money. Build a solution that lets an AI agent initiate or complete transactions autonomously. Use Rain, Monad or any other relevant infrastructure. How you build it is up to you.
Monad: Best implementation of Monad for an Agentic Commerce use-case using Rain
Prizes
🥩 ⭐️ Michelin star dinner with Rain founders + hiring opportunities!
🖥️ Monad Bounty: Best Implementation of Monad - a Mac Mini and 6 months of access to The Studio by Monad Foundation, a dedicated space in NYC for founders and builders.
Do note this bounty is completely optional and will be awarded to one team that best uses Monad as part of their agentic commerce build.
