Let's be honest about July 2nd. Half your office is already out, the inbox is quiet, and nobody's closing before the 4th. So spend the dead morning meeting the two or three people who could send you business all year.

Referral relationships usually start by accident. You meet someone at a mixer, swap cards, never talk again. We run it the other way. The room is an even mix of the people who refer the right clients to each other, and the format gives every conversation a reason to happen.

Ninety minutes, then you're out by noon with the afternoon and your lunch still ahead of you. Buy a coffee or a pastry at the counter and settle in.

CPAs, who want advisors and attorneys to send clients making big financial moves

Estate attorneys, who want advisors and CPAs bringing them families that need planning

Format

10:30 – 11:00 — Coffee & Arrival. Buy a coffee or pastry at the counter, settle in, and meet a few faces before we start. No rush.

11:00 – 11:30 — Structured Introductions. A quick go-around: who you are, and the one type of client or partner you want an intro to. Then matched conversations, so you skip the room-scanning and talk to the people worth your time.

11:30 – 12:00 — Group Activity & Open Connections. A round of "asks." Each person names one specific client or introduction they're after, and the room calls out who can help. Then the floor opens. Out by noon with your holiday weekend already starting.
