As the founder of TAS Analytical Services, which was later acquired by Time Warner, she brings firsthand experience building enterprise value, managing risk, and leading through uncertainty, helping founders, executives, and clients navigating major financial transitions make thoughtful, long-term wealth decisions.

About our Moderator

Ashley Lam is a senior risk management executive, author, and community leader with 15+ years of experience in financial services. She holds leadership roles at BNP Paribas, employee resources groups and serves on the Advisory Boards of iMentor and Rescue Leftover Cuisine.

Ashley is the author of Wrapped with Love: Wonton Noodle Day with Grandma, a children’s book celebrating family, culture, and tradition. She is a longtime advocate for mentorship and education, including founding a scholarship for first-generation students. Outside of her professional and community work, Ashley is a mom of three and dog mom.
