📅 THE BREAKDOWN:

7:00 AM – Grab a pair of Shokz to test, drop your bag, sip some coffee and get warm ☕

7:15 AM – 20-minute city run, 3.5km all paces welcome, nobody left behind, Shokz on the ears! 🏃‍♀️

7:35 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10 min community workout 💪

8:00 AM – Win a pair of Shokz, Breakfast, beats & boogie back at Coco Café 🎶🍳

9:00 AM – Free showers + coworking 🚿💻
