Who should you meet at this event?

Builds AI twins of you and the attendees from your digital footprints, then puts them in one-on-one meetings. When the simulation ends you keep the five best conversations: why that person, what to talk about, how to open.

About the Event

Join the Tech Execs Circle with Peter Malina, CPTO of Navigara.

Deep-dive, strictly zero-pitch, roundtable discussion where you won’t just listen, you will actively shape the conversation. Bring your toughest product and tech challenges to the table. This is a closed-door space to share raw experiences, benchmark your strategies with peers, and co-create solutions in real time.

Topics we will explore:

How do you actually know AI paid off. Which metrics hold up when AI writes the code, and why velocity and lines of code stopped meaning anything.

The hidden costs nobody includes in the business case. Review burden, maintaining context across changes, and technical debt from generated code.

Faster at what? Output went up, but how long does it still take you to find out a team spent six weeks on something that stopped mattering in week two.

Why this session?

Most engineering organizations have spent the last two years buying AI tooling. Licenses, seats, pilots, internal experiments. The spending is real and it shows up in the budget every month.

What is much harder is answering the question that follows: did it work?

The old measurements do not help much here. None of them survive contact with a workflow where AI writes a large part of the code. Output goes up almost by definition. Whether the business is better off is a different question entirely.

At the same time, the costs are easy to underestimate. Generated code still has to be reviewed. Context still has to be carried across changes and across people. Technical debt does not disappear because it was produced faster.

This session is built around real cases, practical experience, and the numbers people actually report upwards. It is not a lecture. The goal is to share experiences, compare approaches, and openly discuss the parts that are hard to measure.

Who is this for?

Limited to 20 engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs, Directors, and other senior tech executives) looking to share unvarnished realities and benchmark approaches with their peers.
