AI Breakfast 2.0

The breakfast is back — and it's got a new crew behind it. The original AI Breakfast wrapped up, but the idea was too good to let go, so a new team picked up the spatula. Same recipe, fresh kitchen: now in English, at a new venue, and built on the principles that made it work in the first place.

Every three to four weeks we get together over breakfast to talk AI and meet people worth knowing. Expect a mixed table — software engineers, hands-on practitioners, founders, and anyone genuinely curious about putting AI to work, whether in business, research, or daily life.

The main course is always the Reels: four-minute lightning talks where four people show what they've been building. We're big on demos here — one that actually runs beats any number of slides.

So what's a great Reel?

Start with the why. A sentence or two on what pulled you into the project — "I wanted to stress-test how far LLM reasoning really goes," or "We were curious whether AI could prototype a game design for one very specific audience."

Give us the aha. The one insight or result worth remembering — a trick, a surprising finding, a workflow that punches above its weight.

End with a door to walk through. A live demo, a blog post, a GitHub repo, or just a QR code on your last slide — something we can follow up on.

💶 AI Breakfast 2.0 is non-profit, but we ask for a 100 PLN reservation fee to lock in your seat — and yes, breakfast is on us, included in that price :-) Students and anyone presenting a Reel get in free.
