We'll start the evening with a fireside chat with CS leaders from across the industry on the skills that matter most once AI handles the routine: consulting instincts, technical fluency, and the strategic thinking that separates CSMs who manage accounts from those who drive outcomes.

Then we’ll tackle both sides of what that looks like in practice with an "Under the Hood" session: CS leaders will demo how they are using AI to build their own Chiefs of Staff, the workflows and tools that handle the cognitive overhead of the role.
